John and Jackie Glueckert and their team of staff members were very attentive, understanding, approachable, and available as we went through the very tough time of losing our loved one and planning her funeral. I never felt rushed, and we had lots of questions at all hours. They were so very respectful, efficient, friendly. They made their presence known during the visitation and funeral without being too visible. The funeral home itself was lovely and tastefully decorated. The body of our loved one was presented beautifully and in a way we felt she would’ve been so happy with. I really can’t recommend Glueckert Funeral Services more highly. It was such a comfort to have them by our side.

I recently and unexpectedly lost my wife of 49 years, and without hesitation we turned to Glueckert Funeral Home in Arlington Heights. Samantha and the rest of the Glueckert team did a wonderful job guiding us through this difficult process. They were patient, professional and compassionate, and at no point did they rush us on anything. In summary, they went above and beyond. We also used Glueckert for my father-in-law's funeral in 2022, and my mother-in-law's funeral in 2004. We are grateful to Samantha, Jackie and the entire Glueckert staff for exceeding our expectations. I would highly recommend them

Everyone at Glueckert was fantastic to work with! Everyone from Jennifer who did the pre-planning to John who finalized everything to the ladies in the office were kind, compassionate and took the time to answer all my questions. Both my mom and dad were taken care of by Glueckert and the experience both times was as painless as possible for the circumstances. Highly recommend doing the pre-planning where possible to ease the stress and be sure your loved one gets the arrangements they would prefer.

I can't say enough about the staff and service we received from Glueckert Funeral Home. Their kindness and professionalism is amazing. My family had the unfortunate experience of losing my sister and her husband within 8 months of each other. The staff remembered us and were so kind and sympathetic to us finding ourselves grieving a family loss so close together. Our family have used Glueckert's in the past and would never go elsewhere for services for our loved ones. They truly care and treat you like family. We are so appreciative of having someone like the Glueckert Family and their staff in our community.

Using Glueckert Funeral Home for our mother's visitation turned out to be a great choice--even better than we could have expected. Everyone we spoke with was compassionate, practical, and responsive. Our director, Chris, led us through the process. He listened carefully and understood what we wanted. The facility is excellent, with the lounge on the same floor across the hall from the visitation room. Their behind-the-scenes staff did excellent work as well. Very happy with them.

We recently went through tragic loss of my Brother and then a few weeks later, my Mother. Gluckert were so helpful and caring as we grieved. While also helping us plan to honor them both.
